El evento fue organizado por el Distrito Yucatán (Distrito Yucatán/Zona Sur) de los Royal Rangers, una organización cristiana de ministerio juvenil en México. El Centro de Misiones KGMA México colabora estrechamente con la comunidad local, esforzándose por ser una comunidad misionera que crece junto a la sociedad y comparte una influencia positiva a través de diversos ministerios y actividades.
